RONDS INTELLIGENT WIRELESS CMS is a condition monitoring-based predictive maintenance solution for industrial enterprises, which is developed by RONDS Company for scattered production equipment and unavailable wiring work. It integrates vibration and temperature signals.
System hardware includes RH505 One axial wireless vibration & temperature sensor, RH605 Three axial vibration & temperature sensor, and RH560 wireless gateway.
The online software EPM and MOS3000 for PC, are used to monitor machine real-time condition, help customers to learn machine’s fault in advance, and avoid unplanned downtime in production.
